Harrington brings finance, M&A and transaction experience
ORLANDO, Fla. (January 15, 2026)— Sapere Advisors, a strategy and operational advisory firm focused on helping founders, families, and investors build enduring value, today announced that Tom Harrington, CFA, has joined the firm as Managing Director.
Harrington brings more than 15 years of experience across M&A, corporate finance, private equity, and operational leadership, strengthening Sapere Advisors’ ability to support clients as they navigate complex financial and strategic decisions. His background spans investment banking, private credit, and hands-on operating roles, giving Harrington a balanced, practical perspective on value creation and long-term business stewardship.

Over his career, Tom has completed more than 30 transactions totaling over $800 million and evaluated thousands of opportunities across a wide range of industries. He has advised founder-led and family-owned businesses through growth initiatives, succession planning, capital raises, and liquidity events. His experience directly supports Sapere Advisors’ focus on long-term value creation rather than purely transactional outcomes.
Prior to joining Sapere Advisors, Tom worked at 1858 Capital Partners and PCE Investment Bankers, where he primarily executed sell-side mandates, buy-side engagements, and capital raises for middle-market clients. His role at Sapere Advisors is complementary, bringing transaction expertise into earlier-stage strategic planning, operational improvement, and decision-making support for owners and investors.

Tom is based in Winter Park, Florida, where he lives with his wife and two children, and will support Sapere Advisors’ growing work with founder-led and family-owned businesses across the Southeast and beyond.
